Millcreek Practical Shooting League annual membership is $20
All members must sign a Waiver Release Form - Page 1, Page 2
All members must schedule a stage set-up date
All members are responsible to register and complete one stage set-up per year - Stage Design, Better Stages
Members must provide proof of current NRA membership
Match Fee for a fun day of shooting - $10
USPSA is a competitor involved volunteer sport. All shooters when not shooting should be assisting with resetting steel,
pasting targets, picking up magazine and brass or any other areas of need. This includes staying to assist in tearing
down the stages after the last stage is shot.
Match Day
We shoot five or six stages once a month - One of those stages will be a USPSA Classifier
Range Setup Starts at 7:30am
Shooter Registration begins at 9:00am
New Shooter Orientation begins at 9:00am - See CraigC
Shooter Registration ends at 9:45am
Shooter's meeting, stage walk through and club business begins at 9:45am
Competition Shooting begins at 10:00am
No firearms may be handled outside of the Safety Area
No ammo may be handled inside of the Safety Area

Safety Policies
MCPSL is affiliated with the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), and operates
under the most current USPSA edition of the rulebook. Download the latest edition here.
This is a cold range, all guns are carried unloaded. There will be no magazines in semi-automatic
pistols. No gun handling at any time, unless within a designated safety area, or under the
supervision of a Range Officer while preparing to shoot.
There will be no handling of live or dummy ammunition in the designated safety areas.
Ear and eye protections are required at all times.
Trigger finger must not be inside the trigger guard while moving, reloading, clearing malfunctions,
except when engaging targets. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification
- termination of shooting privileges for the remainder of the day.
Gun muzzles must be pointed down range at all times. Muzzles turned more than 180 degrees from
the range centerline will result in disqualification - termination of shooting privileges for the
remainder of the day.
